南部战区新闻发言人发表谈话

  南部战区新闻发言人田军里空军大校表示，1月20日，菲律宾1架公务机未经中国政府允许，非法闯入中国黄岩岛领空。中国人民解放军南部战区组织海空兵力，依法依规警告驱离。菲方行为严重侵犯中国主权，严重违反中国法律和国际法相关规定。黄岩岛是中国固有领土。我们正告菲方立即停止侵权挑衅和不实炒作。

  Air Force Senior Colonel Tian Junli, spokesperson for the PLA Southern Theater Command stated, on January 20, a Philippine government aircraft illegally intruded into the territorial airspace over China’s Huangyan Dao without the approval of the Chinese government. The naval and air forces dispatched by the PLA Southern Theater Command warned and expelled it in accordance with law and regulations. The Philippine action has severely infringed upon China's sovereignty and gravely violated the relevant provisions of Chinese law and international law. Huangyan Dao is China's inherent territory. We urge the Philippine side to stop immediately infringing upon China's rights, making provocations and to cease irresponsible hype.
